I wanted to thank you for sending the certificates out last week. Also wanted to let you know that I've been using the technique since our session at DB's in the spring. I've been doing lots of reading on related subjects and have combined my use of the technique with the teachings of Donna Eden - especially the Three Thumps. I believe it has really saved me from getting the flu this fall.

I confess I haven't maximized the use of the technique to overcome my cravings for chocolate. This leads to the question of whether I really want to, eh?
