You have taught me many techniques over the years. All have been
beneficial to me but the Emotional Freedom Technique has helped me above
all.
Recently, I had my first dance performance to do, started a new job, had my mother in the hospital, and had worries about a new relationship. There was a lot on my plate all at once and I found myself feeling very overwhelmed and was panicking and over-reacting to the stress. After using the technique I was able to take my fear down to a manageable level.
I would have been happy just to function but I did much better than that. I excelled. I have been using this technique for mostly emotional issues but have now started applying what I have learned for physical pain as well.
It is easy to do and easy to remember. In short, it's terrific!
